NexysCloud complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

Call recordings, where enabled, are controlled by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful consent for call recording in accordance with South African law.

Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Data subjects may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

South African law requires that at least one party to a conversation consents to recording. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure to call participants where required.

NexysCloud is not responsible for unlawful use of call recording or communication services by customers.
