Is this the same as NexysGHL?

Does it work with my NexysPBX phone system?
Yes. NexysCRM is designed to wrap around NexysPBX. Every inbound and outbound call is logged automatically against the matching contact record, including missed-call events and voicemails.
Can I import contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. We support CSV, vCard, and direct import from common CRMs. Contact migration is included in the once-off setup fee.
What about WhatsApp?
Yes. Two-way WhatsApp is included via WhatsApp Business API (eligibility-dependent) or as direct number-based messaging where API is not available.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. iOS and Android apps are included. Your full team can use the mobile app — calls, SMS, deals, contacts, all from the phone.
Is my data POPIA-compliant?
Yes. Consent fields, opt-in/opt-out flags, and full audit logs are built in. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell, share, or use your data for anything other than running your CRM for you.
Can I upgrade to NexysGHL later?
